Andrew Gross
Born in New York, USA, 1952.
Thriller writer of The Blue Zone, The Dark Tide, Don't Look Twice, Reckless, Gross majored in English at Middlebury, but after an MBA from Columbia, and a stint at the Leslie Fay Companies, a women's clothing firm started by his grandfather, he went into the sports apparel field and ended up president of HEAD Ski and Tennis, and later, le coq sportif. It was one-too-many turnaround situations or more precisely one that didn't turn around, that hastened his writing career.
Andrew often collaborates with James Patterson and shares his fast-paced, short-chapetered style.
